The project aimed to initiate and sustain political discussion among international and Ukrainian experts on Ukraine’s future security format, particularly to explain to foreign stakeholders the impossibility of applying the concept of “neutrality” to ensure security guarantees.
The project created an expert platform of Ukrainian and foreign international experts specialising in global security and the Russian-Ukrainian war. The platform involves private and public discussions, partnership meetings, and lectures.
