🔹 Constanza Mazzina

PhD in Political Science, UCA. Postdoctoral studies in Latin American politics, IBEI (Barcelona Institute of International Studies). Professor at the University of CEMA (Buenos Aires, Argentina).

🔹 Luciana Minassian

International criminal and humanitarian law attorney representing victims sentenced by the Russian Federation, including defendants in the Kerch Bridge case (October 8, 2022). Professor at Universidad Nacional del Tucumán and Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Maksym Yakovlyev, PhD in Political Science, Director of the School for Policy Analysis and Head of the Kyiv-Mohyla International Relations  Department will moderate the session.
