The project envisages two studies on the reintegration policy of the temporarily occupied territories.
The first study covers the institutional aspect. It analyses the functions and powers of state and local authorities and assesses the effectiveness of their work. The second study analyses cultural and information policy as an important aspect of countering the aggressor in a hybrid war.
As a result of the project, the SfPA team prepared recommendations for optimising the processes of formulating and implementing the reintegration policy to ensure its effective implementation.
