On February 27, the Networking Bridges: Ukraine and Argentina event brought together representatives of academic and research communities from both countries to exchange perspectives and explore opportunities for cooperation.
During the discussion, Argentine experts Constanza Mazzina and Luciana Minassian shared perspectives on Argentina’s current foreign policy priorities and its growing support for Ukraine. The conversation also touched upon the legal challenges posed by Russia’s war, including international justice, accountability, and human rights.
The event was moderated by Maksym Yakovlyev, Head of the Kyiv-Mohyla International Relations Department and Director of the School for Policy Analysis NaUKMA.
Ukrainian participants presented their universities and projects — ranging from policy analysis and international relations to medical research and cultural heritage preservation. These presentations opened the door for potential cooperation with Argentinian institutions.
The meeting created space for meaningful dialogue and helped identify several areas for future collaboration.
Thank you to everyone who joined the conversation and contributed to strengthening academic ties between Ukraine and Argentina.
