Anton Suslov, an analyst at the SfPA, presented the report “Hostages of or Those Who Waited for Russia (‘zhduny’): Attitudes towards Residents of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine”, in which he presented the key findings of surveys and focus groups conducted by the School for Policy Analysis NaUKMA in 2023-2024.

Maksym Yakovlyev, Director at the SfPA, presented “In Search of Being Ukrainian: Social and Political Transformations of Identity amid the War.” The presentation showed how the share of those who approve of NATO membership in Ukraine increased precisely as a result of Russia’s military aggression and propaganda.
